WORKSHOP - Family History and Oral History

From: Jasper Collier

Date: Fri, 25 Oct 2024 13:15:46 EDT

Hi Everyone,

The DC Oral History Collaborative is offering a workshop on November 4th from 6-8pm on incorporating oral history into genealogy and family history research. This should be a nice session to get everyone thinking about how they may interview friends and loved ones during the holidays.

The session is free and will be held at the Martin Luther King, Jr. Memorial Library in room 401-C. The workshop will be led by Dr. Anna Kaplan. There are about 20 spaces left, so please feel free to forward to anyone in your network who may be interested. The registration link is here: https://ohworkshops_familystories.eventbrite.com.
